                                                                                        colleges as well. Moreover, many companies
                                                                                        don't even visit campuses;they use recruit-
                                                                                        ment portals. This software and the data-
                                                                                        base we prepare by making students take the
                                                                                        tests fill this gap. It puts everyone on a level
                                                                                        playing ground."
