of testing methods and results. Assessed overall performance of equipment; recommended and implemented
corrective measures as needed to improve reliability. Installed new equipment and repaired or replaced faulty
circuitry, peripherals, and hardware. Researched and recommended potential system upgrades. Trained and
provided technical support to end users and customers by phone, by email, and in person to resolve system and
hardware issues. Assisted customers with hardware and software installation and operating systems. Created,
edited, and updated engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
