17. In September 05 – October 2011 we organized public consultations on the
new Russian Law on Social Services draft http://s.zakon-fom.ru/ More
than 1100 Russian citizens joined the project. They made more than 1000
comments and created about 400 versions of the items.

18. Based on the Wikivote platform, the zakon.government.ru site was
launched on March 1st, 2012, providing a system for the public
examination of draft laws of the Russian Federation.
