•Set up and ran CNC machines on the weekend shift while completing education at UCD
•Practiced lean manufacturing and 5S principles, measured and tracked parts throughout
machining operations, and implemented management's process and quality standards
•Set up times decreased, waste was minimized, fewer parts were dispositioned as scrap and
processes were optimized resulting in reduced costs
Bridge Crewmember – US Army – Feb 2010 to Mar 2013
•Served on an intimate team of motivated soldiers conducting military bridging operations
