CRYSTAL
A light bodied white rum pulled straight
from our pot still and charcoal filtered. All
the character of our Crystal rum comes
straight from Louisiana B grade molasses.
Delicious in a daiquiri and mojito.
CAJUN SPICE
A blend of homemade infusions that rest for
one month. You'll taste a kick of cayenne and
cinnamon with hints of nutmeg, ginger and
clove. Get fancy with a spiced rum swizzle or
just pour some into your sweet tea.
AMBER
A medium bodied blend of aged rum spends up
to three years in charred American oak barrels.
The barrels previously used for aging whiskey
add a beautiful finish. Sip Amber on the rocks
or in your favorite old fashioned recipe.
