- PQRS is a preview of Value Based Reimbursement (just look at the Value Based Payment Modifier)
- Yes, data has driven reimbursement forever, but imagine how much more detail they’re going to require to get paid. Look at ICD-10. The payer are just sitting in the corner and letting Medicare pave the way. Once they see what works they’ll pounce on it.
