- We deliver training in a number of ways: Traditional classroom-based courses, which are run as open courses anyone can book on to, or organised for specific groups We can run short courses to small groups over the web using Citrix GoToTraining We run Web Conferences such as this one to share best practice across the group by inviting our own experts along to share their expertise and ideas We can run short courses as part of one of your sales meetings Finally we can also provide individual or team coaching as a follow-up to help implement what has been shared or learned.
- Five Domains Each domain has three levels. Some courses have only one level. Some courses have prerequisites, so check the course summaries carefully.
