Big data analytics and personality tests have limitations in predicting employee fit and success for jobs. While these tools can provide useful insights, they cannot replace interpersonal relationships and knowledge of a person's character and past performance that supervisors and colleagues obtain through direct experience working with someone. Relying too heavily on algorithms risks missing emotional and interpersonal factors critical to organizational culture and performance.
