1. What is the message of the essay, hidden injuries of the poor?
 The message of the essay is how poor people are being judged, mistreated and
belittle by those people who are elite and with power as well as how they are
being take advantage by them. The message is also about how this treatment
affects the well-being of the poor people such as they are struggling to have self-
esteem. Lastly, how poor people must be given back their humanity.
2. What are the hidden injuries of the poor?
 Based on what I understand in the essay, the hidden injuries of the poor are being
humiliated or degrading them by those people with power, accusing them for
stealing food and money and when people to whom they have given their
unconditional loyalty ignore their pleas for help in emergencies or for mercy.
3. Brief reaction about the hidden injuries of the poor (last paragraph)
 My reaction about the last statement is, what happened to Erap became an eye
opener for the poor people to restored their humanity by striving to their
excellence, raising their voice and know how to fight for their rights and freedom
as well as to protect and show compassion also to those people who have same
situation as them. That, they must not allow other people to disrespect, mistreated
and be take advantage.
4. How does one create his god?
 In my opinion, one creates his god when he stores his thoughts and feelings. At
this point he’s planning or thinking what ways he must be done in order for him to
face his fear, trying to figure out what are solutions to his problem as well as how
he will be going to be lucky. The man will now follow some beliefs or use things
such as lucky charm that he will consider to save, protect and secure him from
negatives or problems.
5. What do you see beyond the pictures 3 and 4?
 In picture no.3, what I perceived is the smile and innocence of the children are
powerful wherein it can give hope and positive vibes to those people who will
able to see this. Moreover, despite of their status in life they tend to be happy and
appreciate little things. In the picture no. 4, on the other hand, I see that being in
organized is really important because first it saves time and you can do more work
often. It also helps you to set a goal, make your life easier such as to find things
and make it less to lose things.
How GOOD LISTENER YOU ARE?
I AMA GOOD LISTENER IN A WAY, I ALWAYSPAY ATTENTION IN EVERY WORDS THAT THE SPEAKER
UTTER ANDFIGURING OUT HIS/HER FEELINGS.I am alsoopen-mindedandshowingempathytothe
speakersothat he/she canfeel thatI am listeningtohis/hertopicandthatI am concernand showing
respect.
