Ekaterina Enyutina has been volunteering as a language coach for Age UK Kensington and Chelsea since December 2012, visiting an older lady twice a week to help improve her English skills. The visits have significantly improved the lady's English and reduced her social isolation as she was now able to communicate better and feel more confident doing everyday tasks. Due to her lack of English, the lady was quite isolated before, so the visits also provided important social interaction as Ekaterina could converse with her in Russian. Ekaterina has developed an excellent relationship with the lady and has been exceptionally committed in her volunteering role.
