7. Conclusion
The role communication and planning skills play in
supporting group work effectiveness. It is essential
for group member to be trained in these skills.
Although planning is very important in keeping the
group on the track, it is argued that communication
is the most important skill from all basic skills since
planning, task coordination, collaborative problem-solving
behavior heavily rely on it.
