system
What is security?

Security is the degree of resistance to, or protection from, harm. It applies to any
vulnerable and valuable asset, such as a person, dwelling, community, nation, or organization.

Home Security
In our future city of home security, we will build in a devices that called “i-
Bell”. i-Bell is an intelligent Wi-Fi enabled doorbell that will call your phone
when someone rings the bell.
i-Bell is one such product hoping to let you see who is at your front door by
connecting to your smartphone. The successfully backed Kickstarter Wi-Fi
doorbell will notify you when someone is at the door and then let you talk to
them via your smartphone even if you aren't at home. Anyone that does knock
automatically gets their photo taken so you've got a record of who has visited
your house and you can tell them you are in, out, or simply trapped under a
large cupboard.

Security Guard
Nowadays security levels are increasingly insecure. For our future city
security guards, we must have 6 foot 5 tall. All security guards have a body
check up 3 times in a year and also need to maintain their stamina. Future
security guards have a special suit that almost same like robot.
Future robot security guards is an electronic watchman that can patrol
corridors, keeping an eye out for anything suspicious.
Photos of Security Guards
Surveillance
For our future city there will be only 5 surveillances around all the city.
For the current surveillances only can reach until 90 degree, for the future
one it can turn 360 degree and it is full high definition surveillances.
These surveillances will direct connect to the head police office. If there
any incident the police station will directly send their people go.
These surveillances were on the sky and it is floating.

Water and Waste Management
Source
• Set up a water catchment area
– Preferably located at an open and high altitude area.
• Alternatively, we can utilize the high salinity water
from the ocean.
• Rainwater harvesting system
• All water supplies undergo water treatment
process before being distributed

TOURISM
&
HOSPITALIT
Y
WHAT IS TOURISM? WHAT IS HOSPITALITY?
Teleport Machine
Teleportation would be the ability to
instantly travel from one place on earth to
another
No more traffic to deal with at rush hour, no
more traveling on a crowded bus and being
able to teleport home in the event of a
sudden rain shower
With instant travel, commuting time can be
used for life's more meaningful activities

FUTURE
TRANSPORT
My future transport is to move passengers and freight
faster, in greater quantities, safely and efficiently
remains the core motivation to improve transport
technology
Airbus
Concept Plane
Airbus unveiled the company's concept
plane for the future with some pretty
funky design features. Most striking is the
large panoramic roof that makes up the
front portion of the plane, which Airbus
says could be made of a biopolymer that
would allow passengers to control how
much light is let into the cabin. Inside,
passengers would have personalized
zones with high-definition holographic
displays to hold meetings, or even play in
a virtual golf game.
Straddling Bus
Straddling Bus design is to
avoids inconvenience for
drivers. It would be elevated
above the roadway allowing
vehicles to pass underneath
the bus to keep the flow of
traffic moving even while
the bus makes frequent
stops.
Flying Car
Flying cars concept is to
prevent traffic jam. It also
save times for us because
the routes can be counted
on displacement, not
distance, that is one can
directly go to his destination
without following a specific
route.
Energy Management

and

Disaster relief
Energy Management
• Policy and disclosure
• Green button
• Government
Policy and disclosure
• Each building will be given a limit to
their energy performance.
• Each building is required to reveal
their energy performance.
• For those building that have poor
energy performance , steps will be
taken out
– improve properties in the building.
– raise awareness of poor energy
performance.
Green Button
• A special meter which shows the
energy data and turn on all green
tech in each residence.
• resident will always be fully aware of
the energy usage at times.
• Green tech which includes
– solar panel
– mini wind turbine
– energy saving appliances
Government
• Government employees must all
practice green energy
management.
• Government building are all
installed with green tech
Disaster relief
• Government with satelites that are
able to predict natural disaster with
accuracy up to 75 %
• Resident are educated with
knowledge on how to protect
themselves during disasters
• Special trained force are always
ready to face all kind of disaster to
rescue the resident .
GREEN BUILDING
Green buildings are designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on
human health and the natural environment by:
• Efficiently using energy, water, and other resources
• Protecting occupant health and improving employee productivity
• Reducing waste, pollution and environmental degradation
stepped arrangements of stacked modules to maintain air circulation, access to daylight, and views

Natural Air Ventilation
• Design naturally ventilated spaces with single loaded corridors
or narrow floor plate depths to encourage air flow.
• Provide void decks at the ground floor, higher floor-to-floor
heights and/or void spaces in between buildings to encourage
air flow through and around buildings. This helps to mitigate
stagnant air flow areas
GROUND GREENERY
External ground greenery is the most effective strategy to protect
against heat build-up and control ambient temperatures at a macro
level. External landscaping at ground level may be in the form of trees,
palms, shrubs and turfing. The landscaping plan sometimes may include
waterbodies such as fountains .
GREEN ROOFS
The greatest benefit of green roofs is that it provides thermal
insulation to interior spaces below it and also becomes a habitable
space for people and animals, thereby promoting biodiversity. These
also help to slow storm water runoff and improve its quality.
VERTICAL GREEN WALLS
As buildings grow taller, the exterior area also increases. Growing plants on the external walls not only
reduces heat transmission into the building but also protects the façade from weathering and forms feature
walls that express creativity. Planning for vertical green walls requires early consideration for maintenance,
structural safety, irrigation and long-term durability of the backing wall.
