Crowdsourcing Definition 
The term crowdsourcing was coined by Wired magazine 
writer Jeff Howe in the famous Wired story, ‘The Rise of 
Crowdsourcing’ (June 2006; 
http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/14.06/crowds.html) 
in which it is defined by Howe as 
“The application of Open Source principles to fields 
outside of software”. 
“Crowdsourcing is the act of taking a job traditionally 
performed by a designated agent (usually an employee) 
and outsourcing it to an undefined, generally large group 
of people in the form of an open call”.
What is Kreative Krowd 
Kreativekrowd.com is an internet crowdsourcing 
marketplace/platform that provides a one-stop shop for 
creative media content and related services and products. 
We connect freelancers and university or college students 
with buyers and employers who are looking to hire 
creative writers, graphic designers, animators, voice-over 
artists, fashion designers and internet marketing wizards! 
Our Core Competency is to manage digital supply chain for 
smooth transaction of digital content from Kreative 
(seller) to Klient (buyer), at expected Cost, Quality, Lead 
Time & Delivery Performance.
Kreative Krowd Purpose 
• Create a platform which is Functional, Familiar, Fast, and Fun to 
work, provide Feel good E-commerce experience with excellent 
customer service and give Fame and Fortune to Kreatives on our 
platform. We call it 7Fs of Kreative Krowd. 
• Since Content is declared King for Search, Social, Marketing & PR, 
makes it commodity in demand. Our aim is to provide businesses 
and consumers this commodity in demand at best value 
proposition to achieve their respective goals. 
• We aim to provide tools and cultivate virtual community 
environment where Kreatives create their own projects/initiatives 
to create original content and support each other in getting 
recognition of their work. Similar method to crowdfunding 
projects but without funds.

has Three primary customers: 
1. Small businesses seeking media or web content (blogs, 
infographics, videos, presentations, custom music) or any 
other creative service to support their business goals. 
2. Our second customer base is consumers seeking media 
content or creative idea or creative services & products. 
3. Agencies looking scale up or down their creative resource 
and outsource non-core competencies.

For example: Google is investing $100 Million under 
YouTube Original Channel Initiative to bring original 
content onto YouTube, along with celebrities, young up 
and coming production houses & artist is looking for 
original content and related Media services to bring their 
channel to life, which bring followers and in turn revenue. 
Kreative Krowd would be envision partnering which those 
production houses & artist to get their project go live.

freelancer.com, crowdspring.com, d esigncrowd.co.uk ; elance.com; 
odesk.com, peopleperhour.com, guru.com and 99designs.co.uk are 
few examples of successful crowdsourcing websites in graphic design, 
writing and IT/business/ academic service sourcing etc., which is our 
direct or indirect competitors in some categories. However, no one is 
specifically focus on Entertainment and Media Industry needs. 
Our initial preliminary market research shows www.fiverr.com is our 
direct competitors in E&M industry. However, their focus is converting 
freelancers hobby into money making opportunity. 
Fiverr is a global online marketplace offering tasks and services, referred to as 'gigs' beginning at a 
cost of $5 per job performed, from which it gets its name. The site is primarily used 
by freelancers who use Fiverr to offer a variety of different services, and by customers to buy those 
services audio (Reference: Wikipedia)
• We have certain specific creative categories such as Fashion & Textile, Gifts & 
Memorabilia, Models & Actors and Games, which is not included by 
competitors mentioned above. We have specifically covered all categories of 
creative industry as defined by http://creativeskillset.org/ as industry 
standard. 
• We are the first crowdsourcing platform who aim to create a collabortive 
platform where Kreatives can start small projects of their choice and “micro 
crowdfund” their project moneteraliy or by calling in “support” in terms of 
mobilizing effort, time and participation to achive their goal (similar to crowd 
funding campain). The main aim to create “original content” by pulling 
complimentry skills from Kreative Krowd cumminty and also this 
collaborative support platform will encourage Kreatives to participate & get 
feedback/rating who hadn’t had done any task before. By doing that they will 
be able to attract customers for paid task.

• Kreative Krowd is focusing to encourage university or college students or 
‘bed room’ Kreatives to compete for jobs with the professionals, by doing 
that they will gain first-hand experience and provide the end customer with 
many more options. This initiative will add an element of social 
entrepreneurship into this project which we are very keen to pursue. 
• Krowd Krowd has language and network advantage to tap into South East 
Asian Countries e.g. Pakistan & India, to build strong relationship with 
freelancers & creative contributors. Due to demography and population 
portfolio and estimated 50% of the workforce of freelancers belong to this 
region.

moreover, companies and individuals can use worldwide online media

Crowdsourcing Definition The term crowdsourcing was coined by Wired magazine writer Jeff Howe in the famous Wired story, ‘The Rise of Crowdsourcing’ (June 2006; http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/14.06/crowds.html) in which it is defined by Howe as “The application of Open Source principles to fields outside of software”. “Crowdsourcing is the act of taking a job traditionally performed by a designated agent (usually an employee) and outsourcing it to an undefined, generally large group of people in the form of an open call”.
  • 3. What is Kreative Krowd Kreativekrowd.com is an internet crowdsourcing marketplace/platform that provides a one-stop shop for creative media content and related services and products. We connect freelancers and university or college students with buyers and employers who are looking to hire creative writers, graphic designers, animators, voice-over artists, fashion designers and internet marketing wizards! Our Core Competency is to manage digital supply chain for smooth transaction of digital content from Kreative (seller) to Klient (buyer), at expected Cost, Quality, Lead Time & Delivery Performance.

Kreative Krowd Purpose • Create a platform which is Functional, Familiar, Fast, and Fun to work, provide Feel good E-commerce experience with excellent customer service and give Fame and Fortune to Kreatives on our platform. We call it 7Fs of Kreative Krowd. • Since Content is declared King for Search, Social, Marketing & PR, makes it commodity in demand. Our aim is to provide businesses and consumers this commodity in demand at best value proposition to achieve their respective goals. • We aim to provide tools and cultivate virtual community environment where Kreatives create their own projects/initiatives to create original content and support each other in getting recognition of their work. Similar method to crowdfunding projects but without funds.

Agencies looking scale up or down their creative resource and outsource non-core competencies. Market, Customers & Economics

For example: Google is investing $100 Million under YouTube Original Channel Initiative to bring original content onto YouTube, along with celebrities, young up and coming production houses & artist is looking for original content and related Media services to bring their channel to life, which bring followers and in turn revenue. Kreative Krowd would be envision partnering which those production houses & artist to get their project go live. Market, Customers & Economics

Market Research & Competitors freelancer.com, crowdspring.com, d esigncrowd.co.uk ; elance.com; odesk.com, peopleperhour.com, guru.com and 99designs.co.uk are few examples of successful crowdsourcing websites in graphic design, writing and IT/business/ academic service sourcing etc., which is our direct or indirect competitors in some categories. However, no one is specifically focus on Entertainment and Media Industry needs. Our initial preliminary market research shows www.fiverr.com is our direct competitors in E&M industry. However, their focus is converting freelancers hobby into money making opportunity. Fiverr is a global online marketplace offering tasks and services, referred to as 'gigs' beginning at a cost of $5 per job performed, from which it gets its name. The site is primarily used by freelancers who use Fiverr to offer a variety of different services, and by customers to buy those services audio (Reference: Wikipedia)
  • 13. • We have certain specific creative categories such as Fashion & Textile, Gifts & Memorabilia, Models & Actors and Games, which is not included by competitors mentioned above. We have specifically covered all categories of creative industry as defined by http://creativeskillset.org/ as industry standard. • We are the first crowdsourcing platform who aim to create a collabortive platform where Kreatives can start small projects of their choice and “micro crowdfund” their project moneteraliy or by calling in “support” in terms of mobilizing effort, time and participation to achive their goal (similar to crowd funding campain). The main aim to create “original content” by pulling complimentry skills from Kreative Krowd cumminty and also this collaborative support platform will encourage Kreatives to participate & get feedback/rating who hadn’t had done any task before.   • 14. • Kreative Krowd is focusing to encourage university or college students or ‘bed room’ Kreatives to compete for jobs with the professionals, by doing that they will gain first-hand experience and provide the end customer with many more options. This initiative will add an element of social entrepreneurship into this project which we are very keen to pursue. • Krowd Krowd has language and network advantage to tap into South East Asian Countries e.g. Pakistan & India, to build strong relationship with freelancers & creative contributors.
