The Philadelphia EMA integrated HIV prevention and care plan was submitted in 2016 and aims to meet the needs of people living with HIV for the years 2017-2021. The plan, developed collaboratively by various stakeholders, is monitored by the HIV integrated planning council for necessary updates. Currently, it awaits feedback from CDC/HRSA, and no changes have been made since submission.

• Working together, the HPG, RWPC,AACO & OHP
developed and submitted the Philadelphia EMA
Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan 2017-
2021 to guide the planning of HIV Prevention, Care &
Treatment activities in the EMA.
• Although the plan is written by the OHP, it is with the
knowledge and expertise that the HPG and RWPC
membersAND stakeholders/community experts bring
to the table

CONCUR (agree) that the Plan describes how programmatic
activities & resources are being allocated to the most
disproportionately affected populations and geographic areas that
bear the greatest burden of HIV disease.
