 Click “Building Registration”
 Fill in the form giving accurate details asked inclusive of
city, sate and country.
 Check boxes for the facilities the building have
 Once done, click Add.

 Click Building from top bar and select announcements
 Select Building Name from the dropdown for which
announcements are to be made.
 Write announcements and click “Add”

on the same page.

 Click Building from top bar and select resolutions
 Select Building Name from the dropdown for which
resolutions are to be made
 Write resolution in the comment box and Click “Add”

16.  To add maintenance bills and water bills, one needs to click
Dispatch that allows to add maintenance & water bills.
 Water bills can be sent to specific tenant by selecting the
tenant’s ID. All the added tenants would be shown under
the dropdown.

To add an image in the community building, a user has to
 Go to Images,
 select the specific building from the dropdown.
 Click Add images and browse required image to select
 Add description and click Upload.
