A comprehensive comparison of the original forms of biogeography based optimi...ijscai
Biogeography-based optimization (BBO) is a new population-based evolutionary algorithm and one of meta-heuristic algorithms. This technique is based on an old mathematical study that explains the geographical distribution of biological organisms. The first original form of BBO was introduced in 2008 and known as a partial migration based BBO. After three months, BBO was re-introduced again with additional three other forms and known as single, simplified partial, and simplified single migration based BBOs. Then a lot of modifications and hybridizations were employed to boost-up the performance of BBO and solve its weak exploration. However, the literature lacks the explanations and the reasons on which the modifications of the BBO forms are based on. This paper tries to clarify this issue by making a comparison between the four original BBO algorithms through 23 benchmark functions with different dimensions and complexities. The final judgment is confirmed by evaluating the performance based on the effect of the problem’s dimensions, the side constraints and the population size. The results show that both single and simplified single migration based BBOs are faster, but have less performance as compared to the others. The comparison between the partial and the simplified partial migration based BBOs shows that the preference depends on the population size, problem’s complexity and dimensions, and the values of the upper and lower side constraints. The partial migration model wins when these factors, except the population size, are increased, and vice versa for the simplified partial migration model. The results can be used as a foundation and a first step of modification for enhancing any proposed modification on BBO including the existing modifications that are described in literature.

I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the city of Barton for giving an
opportunity to present my proposal on the Helping Hands Reach community center. This
proposal is designed to offer a community center for kids of all ages and their parents to be in a
position to learn together and communicate better. This is the era whereby technology is making
learning easier and more fun for the children of today. The center is dedicated to enhancing the
physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of the children that join it. The center as
well offers babysitting and child care services, including early opportunities. The center provides
care for infants and toddlers up to 2 years of age. But for preschooler’s ages 3 to 5 years and for
school-age children who may need care before and/or after school and on other days when
school is closed.
Age group 1 – infants
The infant room has activities to enhance the child’s eye-hand movement. The room will
be decorated with colors very attractive to the yes and decorations that will catch the attention of
the baby. The parent will engage in the activity of using various kinds of toys to play with the
infant. The toys are designed and aimed to teach the child different skills such as touch sound
and sight. The child will be in a position to observe carefully their mothers activity and imitate
them. This setting is structured to promote positive interaction between the child and the mother.
And it does not only enhance interaction, but also the child will be able to see how other children
and their mothers interact. Daily activities played in this room are games such as patty-cake and
peek-a-boo. Patty cake is teaching the child more than you think. The game helps the child to
develop language skills. Peek-a-boo, on the other hand, excites the infant’s senses, shapes gross

Developmental Activities for Preschoolers
Make a scrapbook of favorite or familiar things by cutting out pictures. Group them into categories, such as things to ride on, things to eat, things for dessert, fruits, things to play with. Create silly pictures by mixing and matching pictures. Glue a picture of a dog behind the wheel of a car. Talk about what is wrong with the picture and ways to "fix" it. Count items pictured in the book.
Read to the child. Sometimes "reading" is simply describing the pictures in a book without following the written words. Choose books that are sturdy and have large colorful pictures that are not too detailed. Ask your child, "What's this?" and encourage naming and pointing to familiar objects in the book. Sing simple songs and recite nursery rhymes to show the rhythm and pattern of speech. During the coronavirus crisis, parents whose children typically attend preschools are now managing their young children's enrichment and education at home. We know that most parents cannot replicate a full day of preschool, along with all of their other responsibilities. But here are some guidelines and principles to help you care for your 3-5 year old at home at any time you have available.Learning during this period takes place almost effortlessly as children interact with sensitive caregivers, explore the environment around them, and play. The human brain was built to learn, and children this age are strengthening neural connections as they use them.
These are some benefits of enjoyment and play in kids' lives. If you are looking for a place, Preschool Cypress, CA, can be the right place for your child. Here, we are focused on kids' proper development and growth.

Chapter 8: The Preschool Years
The preschool years are important. Research shows us that children who attend preschool do better in kindergarten and first grade. However, not every state offers public preschool. And, many schools that do offer this, offer it only to children with special needs (and then regular education students may need to win a lottery to get in). Although children who do not have a special need may attend, they are usually screened and placed on waiting lists. Also, there is typically a tuition to pay for the child if he/she does not have a special need.
Your text introduces the idea of universal prekindergarten: providing preschool for every child whose parents want it (preschool for all children) on page. But, keep in mind that universal prek doesn’t mean that your child must attend, it simply means that it is available if you would like it. I point this out because many people (in particular, stay at home moms) think that this is the government’s way of not allowing them the choice to stay home and educate their own child. Therefore, there are parents who are against this.
In the past, socialization skills were the focus of prekindergarten however; sad but true, today there is a decided move away from socialization as the primary function for enrolling children in preschool. Preschools are now promoted as places to accomplish many more skills than just socialization! This plays a role in my comments above about not all parents favoring universal prek; the stress toward academic success is definitely a concern for many.
Of course, high-quality affordable preschool can be difficult to come by. We know that children benefit from attending high-quality preschool, but high-quality preschool also often comes with a high price. Thus, it can be difficult for many parents to have the ability to send their child to preschool.
The children of today are different than the children of the past. Aside from the many academic expectations the children have placed upon them, we may need to find new and innovative ways to teach them - making the learning environment interesting and engaging everyday!
Physical Development
During the preschool years, children begin to "slim down" as they have a more elongated look. Their muscle development continues to develop and their actions become more precise. They enjoy activities such as drawing, painting, cutting, and coloring. They also learn more about how to take care of themselves as they learn about hygiene - washing hands and brushing teeth - as well as the ability to dress one's self.
Social/Emotional Development
Preschool children are in Erikson’s psychosocial development state of initiative versus guilt. It’s important to keep this in mind because it can be difficult to have patience with young children! You want children to want to take initiative and try things. Provide them with freedom and do not make them feel bad (or “guilty”) for having motivation and willingn ...

Play is an important part of a child’s development. It builds fine and gross motor skills, social skills, communication skills, language, thinking and problem solving skills. In autistic children, play can be very limited. For example, a child may want to play alone, engage in repetitive play like lining up toys or moving from them from point A to point B and then back again, or play with the same thing over and over. Children can learn play skills with guidance and by structuring play.

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

WHAT CAN I AS A PARENT PROVIDE FOR MY CHILD AT HOME TO PROMOTE HER EARLY YEARS DEVELOPMENT?
1. WHAT CAN I AS A PARENT PROVIDE FOR MY CHILD AT HOME TO PROMOTE HER EARLY
YEARS DEVELOPMENT?
As parents, we try to give our children not only the best possible start in life, but even after
we send them out to nursery, pre-school and school, we strive to give them past times at
home that will have long term positive impacts in their lives.
As the Head of an Early Years Unit, I always tell my staff that it is our duty to bring out the
potential of each child in every area of leaning. We must observe their strong and weak
points, and we must provide him with enough variety, stimulation and encouragement in
each area so that the child has gained as much as he possibly could have at that point to
better his skill.
In order to achieve this, a setting must have a rich variety of resources (as well as the right
staff).
As parents, we are the main carers and people responsible for our children. We need to be
good emotional soundboards for them, try to find them the best nurseries and educational
establishments, advocate for them where necessary, and to provide the best tools for them
at home.
With so many different toys in the shops, it is difficult to know which ones are time-killers
and which ones will help the child to grow.
It may be helpful for you to know the categories of the early years’ goals, and some ideas
how to enhance skills in each area.
PHYSICAL MOVEMENTS
Outdoor areas offer excellent opportunities for physical activity. For a child who omitted the
crawling stage, the alternating movement of the hands and legs on a climbing frame will give
the child the vital benefits that crawling achieves. It is also good to encourage movement
that will make the child cross the mid-line (e.g. with the right hand touching the left side of
the body and vice versa).
COMMUNICATION AND LANGUAGE
When speaking to the young child, it is important to model good language and grammar.
Pointing to things around the house and outdoors, and using descriptive language will enrich
your child’s vocabulary. Books are an excellent resource for building language. Reading
books together with your young child will help to create life-long good reading habits.
PERSONAL, SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
A positive feeling of self is vital for healthy emotional development. Giving your child a lot of
praise (especially specific praise), will help to build your child’s confidence. Puppets and
persona dolls are the ideal tool to teach your child personal, social and emotional skills.
When I notice a child behaving in an unacceptable manner (be it minor or major), I take the
opportunity to create a similar scenario (but never identical, because I do not want the child
2. to feel that I am referring her particular behaviour), with puppets and then discuss the
behaviours and reactions of the puppet with the child.
LITERACY
As well as opportunities for mark making, cutting and sticking, children will love swirling
their fingers and drawing in shaving foam, baby lotion etc. I tend to buy the value or saver
packs at the supermarkets. At the same time as enjoying the messy play, they will have the
benefits of a cheap sensory resource. The movements of rolling and forming shapes with
dough or plastecine, as well as using the thumb and index finger with clothes peg games are
also excellent early literacy skills.
MATHS
It is worthwhile counting anything that you are using in a quantity whilst your child is
around, as this will encourage her to count, with very little effort on your behalf. Pointing to
numbers on houses, cars, weights on foods will help her start to recognise numbers.
If you are able to, try to ask your child questions which will make her think and try to solve
problems.
I have found that there is no better resource for improving problem solving skills as the
recently launched Bizzy Bitz. It is a totally open-ended toy with infinite possibilities for the
child to experiment.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Included in this area of development are all the arts - song, drama and dance, art and design.
Having a few (toy ) instruments at home although noisy, is a good creative outlet. Giving
your child a variety of craft materials from which to choose will allow his artistic talent to
flow.
If you buy the Bizzy Bitz as recommended above, you child will also be in possession of a toy
which will bring out all his creative building talent. I have seen a multitude of different
models built out the Bizzy Bitz by children of all ages and ability.
UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORLD
Answering the inquisitive questions of the young child will go a long way in his
understanding of the world.
A couple of IT toys, or playing with the computer will enhance is IT skills. If you share my
sentiments, you will limit the amount of time you allow your child’s access to these
resources. Some past times are good with limitation, but if unchecked can do more harm
than good.
