• Once an order is entered, it is reviewed for accuracy and
placed into production.
• Art Files are reviewed and color corrections are made to
keep logos consistent and color consistent to client color
standards.
• Art File layouts are checked to make sure they meet the
requirements for US Postal Standards.
• Content is checked for any misspelling and content flow
errors as well as low image resolution replacement from
on file high resolution images.
 Print Production
• Color Proofs are verified to ensure color and content is correct on
every project.
• On press, color is again reviewed for color and clarity.
• Finishing is reviewed to ensure proper cutting and/or folding of
printed materials.
 Shipping and Delivery
• Verification process to ensure proper packaging and labeling of
materials for easy item identification.
