The social business symposium agenda includes introductions, presentations on social business strategies and case studies, and a tour of the innovation center. The morning session will cover the macro view of social business, creativity as productivity, and designing social environments. Lunch will be followed by an executive perspective and ignite-style case studies from various companies. An afternoon break leads to an unconference Q&A session facilitated by Susan Scrupski. The day concludes with a tour of the innovation center from 4-5pm.
