Jazi chose to enroll in the Health and Social Week Without Walls program because they thought it would allow them to relax on some days like the spa day, while also challenging them physically on other days like yoga and zumba. Over three days, Jazi participated in yoga, zumba, and visited a salon. They pushed themselves during activities even when uncomfortable and learned about their learning style. Jazi concluded they wanted to improve their cardiovascular endurance and participate for the full week next time to further their learning.
