This document provides instructions for mixed media and reassembling techniques using collage, printing, image transfer, stitching, and cutting up images to create self-expression. It suggests printing an image on paper and acetate and layering them, transferring an image onto a collage background, collaging on a print and adding details, stitching into an image to emphasize key details, and cutting up and reassembling an image with collage. 10. Mixed media and reassembling is all about self
expression and ‘playing’ with the media. You could:
1.Print your image onto paper and acetate. Collage
over the paper version and lay your acetate on top.
2.Image transfer your image onto a collage
background.
3.Collage on top of a print using found papers, add
paint, ink, and one to add back in any details you
choose.
4.Stitch back into your image, emphasising key
details or ideas
5.Cut your image up and reassemble it, you could do
this mixing with collage and adding a mod podge gloss
over the top.

and take at least 1x 36
shoot inspired by their
work to enhance your ideas
