1. Week 10 Directions
This week you will complete the third reflection on one of the current trends and issues topics
and read chapter 2: The History of Children’s Literature in the Norton textbook.
The topics for the current trends and issues are discussed in the Norton textbook. You will:
1. Select one of the topics in the list below and read the information in the textbook.
2. Locate and read a journal article on the topic. The journal article must be from a
scholarly, peer-reviewed journal.
3. Reflect on the information from the article and the textbook.
Please select a topic you have not previously researched. The reflection should be approximately
2 pages long, double spaced. You should include the following:
a. Fully explain the current issue. Include information from the journal article and the
textbook;
b. Fully explain your point of view on the topic; and
c. Cite the article using APA format.
