Victor, NY, August 4, 2011: Webizing LLC is a local business launched in June, 2011 that supports
small businesses and start up companies in their business planning and marketing efforts. Webizing believes that no
business is too small to have a strategic plan for success and their mission is helping small businesses build strong

Webizing is headed by Tamara MacDuff who started in business working with her father in their family’s funeral
home in Rochester. Tamara has learned valuable business skills from her father and has followed his lead by
providing dedicated personal service and industry insights. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business
Management and her master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She believes
that the lessons that she has learned from helping her father run his own small business will allow her to have a
successful venture of her own.
Webizing is the first local business to provide strategic business planning targeted specifically for small
businesses in the Monroe County area. Tamara focuses on the alignment of a business’s goals with their core
values and resources to be balanced with their actions. Her emphasis is on the overall structure of a business’s
foundation to create lasting relationships through strategic partnerships in order to maximize their marketing
