Presenting A Material Transition, a report from War on
Want investigating the impacts of an increased demand for
the minerals required to move away from fossil fuels, and
what can be done to address global supply chains and
reduce unsustainable demand.

primarily working as finance advocacy
officer of the Deep Sea Mining Campaign.
o He has an MA in Development Studies from
the School of Oriental and African Studies
(University of London
o Andy has worked on the issues of mining &
affected communities since becoming a
founder member of the Minewatch
collective in the late 1980s.
o He also helped to found London Mining
Network, where he coordinated an EU
Project and is currently co-chair of the
organization.
