9. Prints Queue- Help page
The purpose of the Prints Queue page is to provide a list of all available prints created on the given printer. The
list also provides specific information for each print.
•
Link in blue is the Print Name given by the user.
•
Next to each Print Name is one of four icons
–
–
–
–
•
Yellow spinning status circle shows a print that is currently being printed or Active icon.
Blue Matrix icon shows a print that is not active, but waiting in the queue or Queue icon.
Green triangle shows print that has completed, and waiting to be removed form the printer or Completed icon.
Red Triangle shows print that is aborted or Aborted icon.
Under each Print Name the following information is given:
–
Estimated Print Time•
•
–
–
–
If the print has the Active Icon then the time shown is the estimated time left in the print to completion.
If the print has the Queue icon then the time shown is an estimate of the complete time of the print.
Print Material used- This only is given for the Active icon, and shows the current amount of material used thus far in the print.
Estimated Print Material used is an estimate of the amount of material to be used in the given print.
Each Print name also has the print material it was created to use listed underneath.
•
UpDown arrows allow for prints to be prioritized in the queue. Note that a print that has already started may not be moved.
•
The red X is used to Delete a print. When pressed the User will be prompted to acknowledge that choice before the printer will
execute the abort.
11. Print Tracking Page- HELP page

13. Users - HELP page
The purpose of the USERS page is to list all registered users for the given
printer. This is the place all user data is added, and removed after a printer
has been registered.
•
•
•
Create New Account link allows for new users to be added by going to a USER
Account page.
The link by each user icon allows for a user to edit user information or to delete a
user form the printer.
The email link opens the default email system on the client PC to send an email.
14. Create New Account page
Display Name is what name
appears in the Users page.
Email is used only if the User
wants email notification.
Notification can either be Browser or Browser
& Email.
Browser only notifies the User on the client
browser when a print has
started, paused, resumed, aborted, or
completed.
Browser & Email will also send an email to
address given above for each print action
listed with Browser.
Login and Password must be entered for each user. This
is to be used by given user to login into printer for
operation.
Role is defined as User or Administrator. The
Administrator has the privileges to:
1. Advanced tab-(Shut down, diagnostics
and software updates)
2. Ability to change settings
3. Delete jobs
15. Setting- Network Identification Settings
Enable DHCP is default setting for the printer.
This allows for client PC to easily access and
assign IP address to communicate with printer.
Static IP Address Settings are automatically filled
in for Enable DHCP printers. If a user desires
static IP Address settings, then
1- Uncheck the Enable DHCP box
2- Fill in correct information for desired static
settings.
16. Setting- Email Settings
Link gives all help information for SMTP settings.
Test Email Address requires the user email address to be entered. Then
press the Send Test Email button and a response will quickly be shown
at the top if this page.
19. Advanced-Diagnostics- Current Status
All of these items are automatically filled
in by the printer.
The Start Remote Diagnostics button gives
the Printer assigned Service technician remote
access to the printer. This allows for the
service technician to access information to
restore the printer to proper working
condition. *3D personnel only.
20. Advanced-Diagnostics- Sensors and Outputs
Ambient Pump Count is measured
count when printer is powered on.
Vacuum Pump Count is
measured count when printer
is in vacuum mode. The
Vacuum Pump Count should be
~150 count below Ambient
Pressure.
Puff Pump Count is measured
count when printer is in puff
mode. This value is always <100
count above Ambient Pump
Count.
UV Sensor is measured count of UV
light at sensor.
Outputs: Checking the box will
activate the corresponding
output
21. Advanced-Diagnostics- Shuttle Motion
Home Sensor is a readout of the sensor
HW when manually enabled.
Home Position will allow for the shuttle to move
to home position from any other position. If
encoder position is lost due to a failure, this is
used to regain the shuttle home. Accompanying
readout is a target.
Scrape Position is the position to the front of
the material tray or front of printer.
Accompanying readout is a target.
Coat Position is the position to move too, in
order to coat or recoat the material tray with
material. Accompanying readout is a target.
Current Position is a readout of the current
position. Note the values do not have units. Each
move has a tolerance of ~0.100 and is not
cumulative.
Fill Position is the position to move to in order
to actuate the cartridge valves and add material
to the material tray. Accompanying readout is a
target.

27. Advanced-Diagnostics-Routines
Perform Maintenance Routine enables
the shuttle assembly to move back and
forth to remove any excess debris that
may be in the tray.
Perform Low Material Tray Fill Routine
enables the printer to perform a routine
to add material to a low material tray.
Do not over fill material tray.
If a large piece of debris is in the tray,
unlock the door, lift the shuttle tray and
remove with gloves or a putty knife.
Limit to 4-fills. Reset only on reboot,
print pause, or build complete.
Start Coat Test enables the printer to
perform a routine to coat the material
tray 5-cycles. The user must input the
number of cycles.
Perform New Material Tray Fill Routine
enables the printer to perform a routine
to fill a new material tray.
The material tray MUST be empty or
near empty or this could overflow the
material tray.
Material Tray Cure Routine enables the printer
to cure material in material tray before disposing
of material tray in alignment with local standards.

•
Service Elevator Alignment Routine enables the printer service technician a method to align
the elevators during assembly or replacement.
This cycles the elevator assembly from top to bottom and finishes at the glass to tighten the
elevator base to the chassis.
•
Service Load Cell Calibration Routine enables the printer service technician a method to
calibrate the load cell during assembly or replacement.
This will require the service technician to have an empty (or near empty) and a full (or near
full) cartridges.
•
Service Imager Calibration Routine enables the printer service technician a method to
calibrate or recalibrate an imager during service or replacement.
This provides a template and target to calibrate the system for better accuracy.
