Wayne Gretzky was born in 1961 in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. He started playing hockey at age 2 and dominated peewee hockey by scoring 378 goals in his final year. Gretzky played in the NHL for 20 seasons from 1979 to 1999, primarily with the Edmonton Oilers. He set numerous league records, including scoring over 1,000 career points in under 7 seasons. By the time he retired in 1999, Gretzky had established himself as one of the greatest hockey players of all time.

3.  Wayne a Hockey player and he was born in
Brantford, Ontario, Canada, in 1961. He started skating
at age 2 and by the age of 6 was regularly playing with
older boys. He played his first full NHL season in 1979-
80 for the Edmonton Oilers. Over the next two
decades, he dominated the sport, setting a host of
league records. He retired in 1999 and was inducted
into the Hall of Fame that same year.

8.  Rules :The rules of hockey are very similar to the rules
of football except that players must use sticks instead
of their feet to play the ball. There are 11 players on a
team made up of a Goalkeeper, Defenders,
Midfielders and Attackers. The only player on the field
who is allowed to use their feet and hands as well as
their stick is the goalkeeper.
 Physical Condition: We examined the energy
expenditure in ice-hockey players under conditions of
a model training match. Other findings (the fat
percentage increment) can be explained by a less
intensive training, unbalance between performance
and nutrition.
