The document discusses how thoughts project outward like ripples and can shape one's experiences. It states that telling someone an unpleasant truth is better than lying to them because truth can change a person. The main idea is that one's thoughts and mental state, rather than outside circumstances, determine whether one feels happy or sad. The document asserts that people invite both positive and negative experiences into their lives through the "waves" of thought they project outward. It concludes by advising people to focus their thoughts on things that are true, just, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy.

To truly love, is difficult,
It is to forgive unconditionally, to live,
To take the “experiences or circumstances” as they are,
Facing them together and being happy with conviction.

Do you remember the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland? Alice would ask the cat for directions, but she wouldn’t know where she wanted to go. The disappearing cat would tell her that if she didn’t know where she wanted to go, then it didn’t matter where the roads led to.
Where did I want to go? How would any map help? Why did I join a journey only to quit later? Which journey would keep me satisfied for life? What destination would have me contended?

1. WAVE OF THOUGHT
A wave projects its source; recall the ripple? And thoughts project
from the heart.
The truth is neither sweet nor bitter, but the truth is always the
truth. Telling a person something he/she wants to hear or know
serves no purpose, but telling one the truth changes that person.
Truth I bring to you; it’s not the surroundings, the situations, the
circumstances that make you sad or happy. It’s not about what other
people say that makes you sad, angry or happy. It’s the mind; the
thoughts inside everyman that hurt him or bring him joy.
There is no fate in life. The thieves that robs one, the spouse that
leaves you alone, joblessness, brokenness; all these you have loudly
called into your life, you have sent these monsters an invitation
letter. With thought you sent a wave of an email to call for your
mischief.
The joy you are enjoying, the abundance you are in, the love, and
the health, you also brought into your life. How simple it is then to
choose what you want and send a wave of thought to invite it into
your life!
