Waterless Wednesdays is a global initiative that asks participants to limit their water usage one day a week by turning off the tap when brushing their teeth. This small behavior change can save a family of four around 96 liters of water per day. The money saved on water bills through these efforts can then be donated to fund water projects in Sub-Saharan Africa through water.org. The goal of Waterless Wednesdays is to encourage water conservation through attainable daily habits that collectively make a positive impact around the world.
