Social economic environment
* economic downturn, increasing rate of unemployment
* significant negative effect on the growth of
indebtedness of consumption oriented Czech
households

* execution process accompanied by a number
of issues and illegal situations
* new negative features, e.g. potential
corruption when new office assigned, attempts
to eliminate competing offices by enforcing the
principle of territoriality

17. Objectives of the project
* to elaborate previous project providing legal aid to victims
of incorrect execution
* to protect rights of parties involved (both debtors and
creditors)
* to contribute to set clear rules for distrainment execution
* to monitor the effectiveness of legal modifications
introduced
* to analyze selected disciplinary cases
