Breath is life, and energy, and fuel for our physical bodies.
Mindful breathing has the power to transform negativity into healthy,
positive energy that can nourish us.
All energy is contagious. If we can infect each other with fear, hatred, and violence,
then shouldn’t we be able to do the same with love, generosity and patience?
Each moment is a chance for us to make peace with the world, to make peace
possible for the world. And the breath is always there, showing us the way.
