26km of road for the Manus Island Road Project, which is a
national highway in Papua New Guinea in a province that
hosted the Australian Offshore Processing Centre for
Asylum Seekers. Project Commissioned by Australian
Federal Government through Australian Aid Transport
Sector Support Program (TSSP) in Papua New Guinea.
 Compilation of Quality Assurance (QA) documentation for
concrete sampling and soil density testing for frequency
compliance for the New Generation Rollingstock (NGRS)
Wulkuraka Maintenance Facility. This was a vital part of the
project in ensuring this structure had a sound foundation.
Project commissioned by Queensland Rail.

 Worked on the Kikori Bridge Maintenance works
 Assisted a senior bridge engineer on a bridge rehabilitation

Achievements
 Assessed 23 bridges along the Gobe to Kikori route. This
route services the current multibillion dollar PNG LNG
Pipeline Project. I am privileged to have played a role and
contributed to the project as it is widely publicised in PNG
and internationally.

PROJECTS (Work Experience with Cardno)(
1. Petrie Creek Rd Development (Nambour)
Using H2O MAP Modelling, I did the water supply analysis report for
Cardno’s client, Contour Consulting Engineers. The project was looking
to develop a 16.7 ha site on Petrie Creek Rd, Nambour. This was a
retirement village consisting of 152 Retirement Resort Units.
2. Blacks Beach Cove Stage 2&3 (Mackay)
I used the H2O MAP Modelling to do the water supply analysis report
for Cardno’s client, Black Beach Cove Pty Ltd, for its development
application proposal which looked at introducing 215 additional lots
(with a provision for a further 132 lots in stages 4-6) in Blacks Beach,
Mackay.
3. Capricorn Garden Stage 2 (Yeppoon)
I assisted my supervisor with the water analysis report, using the H2O
MAP Modelling, for Cardno’s client Blue Care. The development
consisted of 60 two bed units, a community building, and a 120 Bed
Nursing home in the Livingstone Shire Council area, Yeppoon).
The tasks for the above mentioned jobs included the following;
• Determine the Equivalent Person (EP) rating for the development.
• Define the design criteria for water supply.
• Assess the capacity of the existing and future water supply network.
• Determine the water supply augmentation required, if any, to satisfy
the desired standards of service.
• Assess the impact of the development on the infrastructure
adjacent to the development site.
• Propose a suitable water supply reticulation network to supply the
sub-division.
• Report to client.
