Fandango operates a multi-platform (online, mobile, voice) distribution network providing
movie tickets, content, social networking and advertising.    Fandango was acquired by
Comcast and is now part their digital media offerings.

   Devised and implemented plan to scale infrastructure and software applications in order
    to handle 10X increase in revenue in compressed time frame
   Transitioned web presence from 1st generation to current generation site
   Led product effort to launch print at home tickets, occasion specific gift certificates,
    promotion codes, electronic movie invitations
   Expanded content, including movie trailers, reviews, fan blogs and editorial content
   Eliminated single points of failure by adding redundancies in load balancing, database,
    network and credit card processing
   Expanded infrastructure in order to handle 50X transaction processing peaks during
    highly anticipated movie openings during weekends and holidays
   Developed real-time bi-directional interfaces to multiple point of sales system
   Built group ticketing for use by Disney Group Sales Organization
   Moved entire Infrastructure to Tier-1 hosting facility

Teleflora is the largest floral ecommerce network and a global brand. They provide technology,
financial, marketing and ecommerce services to a network of 30,000 retail flower locations.

      Created TELEFLORA.COM floral and gift retail web site
      Expanded infrastructure, integration and support capabilities for The Dove Network,
       resulting in an increase from 5,000 to 15,000 paid subscribers
      Expanded Customer Call Center effort resulting in greater response time and quality,
       quicker problem resolution and reduced customer hold times
      Developed new retail point of sale software for use in Teleflora retail locations
      Improved point of sale (pos) hardware platforms and support processes
      Utilized redundant data centers, multiple network links, satellite backup systems, hot site
       locations and geographically dispersed call centers to achieve 99.99% uptime
      Expanded infrastructure, integration and support capabilities for The Dove Network,
