       • 只要有歇息的地方,人們自然會選擇步行
         。」
       • 行人網絡是城市中最重要的公共空間,不
         僅是為了運輸,而是為了社交生活。

    香港 • 80%的香港市民每天都有步行習慣
       • 香港是一個適宜步行的城市:
         你並不需要一輛車來遊走
       •    然而,行人在步行時卻往往遇到不少障礙:
            強差人意的道路連接、路面水準改變、過度
            擁擠、車輛衝突、惡劣天氣、空氣及噪音污
            染
       •    我們的挑戰是如何能使行人享受步行過程,
            步行更遠及更長時間

有別於香港中環,尖沙咀的高架行人網絡(紫色)有限,是橫過梳士巴厘道代替方
法,而且非常不便。

尋路困難:地下道路系統的標誌圖不完善
我們需要剪下及貼上不同地方的圖以完善地下行人網絡的標示圖
在2004年拆除彌敦道和梳士巴厘道的人行橫道之後,行人從月台
到海濱需要繞路和經歷上落地面的情況

提升尖沙咀可行性的建議
•   著眼地區網絡的規劃,而不是僅僅著眼鐵路站的連接
•   優先發展地面層行人通道的連接

    •   在半島酒店前增加穿过梳士巴厘道的行人過路設施
    •   在北京路增加穿過九龍公園道的行人過路設施
    •   擴寬有效人行道(移除障礙物,擴寬人行道)
    •   將公園和物業納入人行道系統規劃
提升尖沙咀可行性的建議
•   提供完善、全天候的行人系統

    •   統一整合所有地下行人路線
    •   擴展地下系統
    •   提供地鐵站到海濱的直達線路

•   打造分層行人系統

    •   命名和標記
    •   給每個隧道命名(名稱同路面上的道路相同)
    •   增強地下物業的視覺可辨性(地標)
    •   出入口指路標誌標準化
    •   地圖及其標誌標準化
    •   複製繁忙街道的要素:商店,座椅,街頭賣藝…
提高尖沙咀可行性的建議
•   便捷尋路

    •   新建一套多層次城市的地圖系統
    •   發明手機及其他掌上設備的導航工具
    •   地圖統一指北
    •   (不管物業歸屬)創建一套統一的行人資訊系統
    •   出入口採用單一命名系統

•   便捷尋找無障礙通道
    • 識別無障礙路徑
    • 通往無障礙通道的指路標誌
    • 通知(如升降梯維修)應該採用雙語
在多層次城市中發展新的地圖導航系統

•   香港是一座有多個層次的城市
•   憑直覺找路的能力消失
•   由於所有權不同造成的設計不連贯,地圖不完整,路標不統一
•   需要新的地圖系統和導航工具
