Oracle Reports addresses challenges of accessing massive and distributed data by enabling reports to be generated from multiple data sources and published securely and reliably. It provides wizards to simplify report creation and allows customizing and previewing reports. Reports can be published as paper or dynamic web pages for different audiences using a single definition.
PHP is a scripting language commonly used for web development. It supports both procedural and object-oriented programming. This document discusses techniques for modeling PHP code, including using structure charts to represent procedural code and UML class diagrams to represent object-oriented code. Modeling tools like MacA&D and WinA&D can generate code from these models and extract models from existing code to help organize and communicate the structure of PHP projects.

Dynamic and accessible web content with WAI-ARIAAccess iQ
WAI-ARIA provides roles, states, and properties that can be added to HTML and dynamic content with JavaScript to make it more accessible to assistive technologies like screen readers, as it allows things like widgets, dynamic content, and interactive elements to be understood out of context. It includes roles for common interface elements, document structures, and landmarks to aid navigation, as well as states, properties, and other attributes to describe objects and make content more accessible when used properly. The document outlines the problem WAI-ARIA solves, provides examples of its usage, and recommends resources for further information.
This document provides an overview of the Visual Basic integrated development environment (IDE) and some of its key components. It describes the menu bar, toolbar, project explorer, properties window, form layout window, and toolbox. It also explains how controls like text boxes, command buttons, check boxes, and list boxes can be used to build the user interface. The controls are contained in the toolbox and can be placed on forms at design time to create the application interface.

Ooluk Data Dictionary Manager allows easy metadata management for heterogeneous databases. You can document and tag your entire data envionment allowing users to better understand your data.
This document provides guidance on selecting the right technology for different use cases. It compares Framework API vs Search API, DMS vs Library, PageBuilder Pages vs ASP.NET Pages, PageBuilder Widgets vs ASP.NET User Controls, and Content Lists vs Collections. The key factors addressed include capabilities, control, flexibility, and how the technologies are affected by changes to the underlying content.
This document discusses the structure and semantic elements in HTML5. It describes elements such as <section>, <header>, <article>, and <nav> that define different sections of a web page. It also covers inline elements like <mark> and <time> as well as embedded media elements <audio> and <video>. Finally, it discusses interactive elements such as <details> and <menu> and concludes with a demonstration of HTML5 structure and semantics.
The document discusses AJAX and ARIA technologies for enhancing accessibility of dynamic web content. It provides an overview of AJAX, explaining that it allows for feature-rich web applications using partial page updates behind the scenes. It then covers ARIA, which defines roles, states, and properties for making scripted interfaces accessible. The document provides examples of how to implement various ARIA attributes to improve accessibility of widgets, live regions, and required form fields.

- Sections, products, and bins can be configured to control how the catalog is displayed to customers.
- Profile options determine things like the number of tabs, subtabs, and items displayed per page.
Intro to Web Accessibility: Koombea TechTalksKoombea
Web accessibility refers to making websites usable by people with disabilities and ensuring equal access for all users. Key aspects of accessibility include flexible design, assistive technologies, and compliance with laws requiring equal access. Accessible websites use semantic HTML5 elements, properly label all interactive elements, and support navigation via keyboard. The Web Accessibility Initiative provides guidelines for accessibility and the role of ARIA attributes in making rich interfaces understandable to assistive technologies. Testing tools help evaluate accessibility and identify issues.
In the world of development, accessibility (also known as universal usability) is something that tends to be overlooked in between design iterations, feature implementation, and the rush to meet deadlines. The reality is that larger clients and corporations need developers who are able to meet the needs of all their users -- including ones with disabilities or on mobile devices. At the end of the day, accessibility benefits all users.
In this talk, we’ll cover:
• The different types of users with accessibility needs
• The levels of accessibility compliance and what those entail
• Basic design principles for meeting standards
• Basic HTML structures to meet compliance
• Handling dynamic elements or elements added to the DOM
• Tools for testing your website’s accessibility

1) The document describes building a simple user interface with an XML layout containing an EditText field and a Button. It explains how to define the UI elements in XML and add string resources for the text labels.
2) Key steps include creating a LinearLayout, adding an EditText and Button, setting attributes like IDs and dimensions, and externalizing strings to a resources file for localization.
3) Running the app displays the basic UI layout with an input field and button as defined in the XML code.
ABAP is a programming language created by SAP for developing applications for the SAP business application server. Its syntax is similar to COBOL. The ABAP data dictionary describes logical structures and objects used in application development and how they are mapped to database tables and views. Domains define the technical characteristics and value range of object attributes, while data elements describe semantic definitions and formatting of table fields for end users.
Sense/Net 6.0 is an open source enterprise content management system (ECMS) built for the .NET platform. It provides features such as document management, office integration for collaboration, a robust content repository, web content management, drag and drop editing, and extensive APIs for developers. Additional features include content workflows, portal functions, scalability, taxonomy management, security roles, provisioning, and support for Active Directory. The system utilizes a content repository to store and manage all organization content and applications. Content is created using content types and made accessible through pages and portlets.
This document provides an introduction and overview of Adobe Flex, including:

The document summarizes key aspects of the window and document objects in JavaScript:
- The window object represents the browser window and contains the document. Global variables and functions are properties and methods of the window.
- The document object represents the HTML document loaded in the window and allows accessing and manipulating page elements.
- Elements can be accessed by ID, name, position, or associative arrays. Event handlers can be used to execute code when events occur on elements.
This document discusses the use of ARIA landmarks to improve accessibility. It defines several common landmark roles like banner, main, navigation and contentinfo. It provides examples of how to implement these landmarks using both HTML5 elements and ARIA attributes. The document recommends starting with native HTML semantics before using ARIA, and to only use ARIA when necessary to convey structure and meaning to assistive technologies. Landmarks help screen readers and other assistive devices to understand the structure and organization of a page.

HijackLoader Evolution: Interactive Process HollowingDonato Onofri
CrowdStrike researchers have identified a HijackLoader (aka IDAT Loader) sample that employs sophisticated evasion techniques to enhance the complexity of the threat. HijackLoader, an increasingly popular tool among adversaries for deploying additional payloads and tooling, continues to evolve as its developers experiment and enhance its capabilities.
In their analysis of a recent HijackLoader sample, CrowdStrike researchers discovered new techniques designed to increase the defense evasion capabilities of the loader. The malware developer used a standard process hollowing technique coupled with an additional trigger that was activated by the parent process writing to a pipe. This new approach, called "Interactive Process Hollowing", has the potential to make defense evasion stealthier.
