9. Theme What happens when surfers become authors? Web author numbers are increasing; but this dilutes the technical capability of web authors - what does this mean for accessibility? How well do web authoring tools and user agents (including AT) support accessible authoring? And how accessible are these web authoring tools - whether available publicly as part of the Social Web or as corporate business tools?
