About
Rachel Cherry (formerly Rachel Carden) is a web developer and designer with over ten years of experience in back and front-end web development and digital design. Before Disney, she spent over nine years working in higher education and enjoys building an accessible, open web using numerous, and ever changing, languages, frameworks, and APIs, especially WordPress.
When she’s not helping build the web, she works to encourage openness, collaboration and professional development as a public speaker and community organizer. She is the founder of WPCampus, an organization dedicated to the confluence of WordPress in higher education.
