The CM-18 colorimeter is a portable, handheld color measurement instrument with a repeatability of ΔE*ab < 0.07. It can measure color and appearance across different samples within 0.05 seconds. The colorimeter features modes for CIE L*a*b and CIE L*C*h color spaces and provides ΔE*ab color difference values. It includes functions for pass/fail assessments, large data storage, auto calibration, and optional connection to a data processor and printer.

The CM-18 colorimeter is a portable and handheld measuring
instrument, specially designed to evaluate the color and
appearance across a number of samples. With a standard
8mm aperture and a repeatability of △E*ab ＜ 0.07, this
colorimeter offers a completely stable performance
Measurement conditions of the CM-18 follow
the international standards: CIE standard
observer is 10 degrees and D65 illuminant. It
features two types of color modes (CIE1976LAB
and CIELCH), as well as a single color difference
formula of △E*ab.
From the time you measure the target and
sample, it only takes .05 seconds to deliver an
accurate reading. It’ s possible to connect the
CM-18 to a printer for on-site printing of
measurements in real-time.
