board is included in the optical system for great
accuracy of every measurement. Equipped with automatic
gloss compensation technology to ensures the accuracy
of the color measurement data for the surface of different
gloss. The measurement of the color of the powder, granules
& other materials can be done by adding the powder accessories

The CM-38 is a colorimeter with an 8mm aperture. The colorimeter’ s pseudocolor LCD screen
clearly displays pass/fail data and color difference graphs. By typing user comments into the
results or by using the data processor, customers are easily able to discern channel names. The
instrument can be set in two languages: English or Chinese.
It is simple to integrate the CM-38 colorimeter with
color management software and features intuitive
operations. Multiple views of data results are
available for easy viewing and editing. Color
management software makes it possible to check
for color difference by associating target data of the
primary target with two or more secondary targets.
A number of accessories are available to work with
a variety of target types, including pastes, liquids
and powders.
The CM-38 colorimeter offers stable measurement
performance with a repeatability of △E*ab<0.03
(The lower the number, the more stable the
instrument). The instrument uses 8 light sources to
detect metamerism and 8 color difference formulas
to meet any possible field. There are also 6 color
