This case report describes a 49-year-old man who presented with persistent epigastric pain associated with indigestion, steatorrhea, and weight loss. Imaging revealed a large pseudoaneurysm adjacent to the head of the pancreas stemming from the inferior pancreatico-duodenal artery. Contrast-enhanced CT and angiography confirmed a 48x44mm pseudoaneurysm originating from the inferior pancreatico-duodenal artery, exerting pressure on the pancreas and duodenum. The patient's history of chronic alcohol abuse and recurring pancreatitis attacks suggested chronic pancreatitis as the likely etiology of the pseudoaneurysm.
