This document discusses a case study on implementing strength and conditioning training, nutrition education, and sports psychology interventions to improve the performance of a handball team from SK Parit Kadzi school. The interventions included aerobic and anaerobic training sessions, nutritional awareness meetings with parents, and psychological assessments of players. As a result of the 12-week program, the players showed enhanced fitness, muscular endurance, nutritional habits, confidence and the team achieved its best result by winning 4th place in the Handball MSSD competition.
