Team Strength Days are events that introduce athletes to strength training in a fun, safe, and guided way. Athletes participate in a 20-minute full-body circuit workout using strength training equipment while coaches and ShapeLog tracking devices collect data on athletes' performance. This data provides insights into individual strengths and weaknesses to inform future workouts and allows coaches to monitor athletes' strength progress over time. The goal is to make strength training less intimidating for athletes and spur new habits and conversations around goals.
