A mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) is an infrastructure less network of mobile devices connected by wireless

causes internal attacks. In order to achieve this, the work focuses on the novel algorithm of trust computation and route
detection that detects colluding nodes, without message and route redundancy during route discovery by using Requisite Trust
based Secure Routing Protocol (RTSR). The trust will be calculated in local forwarding nodes, which are used to discover the
route. The trust values from one hop neighbors are used to calculate the single trust value for each node using the constant
normalization concept. Route discovery and trust information will be stored in fixed cluster head (CH).

CRISPR-Cas9, a revolutionary gene-editing tool, holds immense potential to reshape medicine, agriculture, and our understanding of life. But like any powerful tool, it comes with ethical considerations.
Unveiling CRISPR: This naturally occurring bacterial defense system (crRNA & Cas9 protein) fights viruses. Scientists repurposed it for precise gene editing (correction, deletion, insertion) by targeting specific DNA sequences.
The Promise: CRISPR offers exciting possibilities:
Gene Therapy: Correcting genetic diseases like cystic fibrosis.
Agriculture: Engineering crops resistant to pests and harsh environments.
Research: Studying gene function to unlock new knowledge.
The Peril: Ethical concerns demand attention:
Off-target Effects: Unintended DNA edits can have unforeseen consequences.
Eugenics: Misusing CRISPR for designer babies raises social and ethical questions.
Equity: High costs could limit access to this potentially life-saving technology.
The Path Forward: Responsible development is crucial:
International Collaboration: Clear guidelines are needed for research and human trials.
Public Education: Open discussions ensure informed decisions about CRISPR.
Prioritize Safety and Ethics: Safety and ethical principles must be paramount.
CRISPR offers a powerful tool for a better future, but responsible development and addressing ethical concerns are essential. By prioritizing safety, fostering open dialogue, and ensuring equitable access, we can harness CRISPR's power for the benefit of all. (2998 characters)
Defecation
Normal defecation begins with movement in the left colon, moving stool toward the anus. When stool reaches the rectum, the distention causes relaxation of the internal sphincter and an awareness of the need to defecate. At the time of defecation, the external sphincter relaxes, and abdominal muscles contract, increasing intrarectal pressure and forcing the stool out
The Valsalva maneuver exerts pressure to expel faeces through a voluntary contraction of the abdominal muscles while maintaining forced expiration against a closed airway. Patients with cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, increased intracranial pressure, or a new surgical wound are at greater risk for cardiac dysrhythmias and elevated blood pressure with the Valsalva maneuver and need to avoid straining to pass the stool.
Normal defecation is painless, resulting in passage of soft, formed stool
CONSTIPATION
Constipation is a symptom, not a disease. Improper diet, reduced fluid intake, lack of exercise, and certain medications can cause constipation. For example, patients receiving opiates for pain after surgery often require a stool softener or laxative to prevent constipation. The signs of constipation include infrequent bowel movements (less than every 3 days), difficulty passing stools, excessive straining, inability to defecate at will, and hard feaces
IMPACTION
Fecal impaction results from unrelieved constipation. It is a collection of hardened feces wedged in the rectum that a person cannot expel. In cases of severe impaction the mass extends up into the sigmoid colon.
DIARRHEA
Diarrhea is an increase in the number of stools and the passage of liquid, unformed feces. It is associated with disorders affecting digestion, absorption, and secretion in the GI tract. Intestinal contents pass through the small and large intestine too quickly to allow for the usual absorption of fluid and nutrients. Irritation within the colon results in increased mucus secretion. As a result, feces become watery, and the patient is unable to control the urge to defecate. Normally an anal bag is safe and effective in long-term treatment of patients with fecal incontinence at home, in hospice, or in the hospital. Fecal incontinence is expensive and a potentially dangerous condition in terms of contamination and risk of skin ulceration
HEMORRHOIDS
Hemorrhoids are dilated, engorged veins in the lining of the rectum. They are either external or internal.
FLATULENCE
As gas accumulates in the lumen of the intestines, the bowel wall stretches and distends (flatulence). It is a common cause of abdominal fullness, pain, and cramping. Normally intestinal gas escapes through the mouth (belching) or the anus (passing of flatus)
FECAL INCONTINENCE
Fecal incontinence is the inability to control passage of feces and gas from the anus. Incontinence harms a patient’s body image

6. ZRT® Matrix Therapy is a therapeutic method,
developed by Dr. B. Dickreiter, based on a set of
techniques, established in the former USSR and
Eastern Germany as a form of physiotherapy for
athletes. It was found that athletes treated with Matrix
Therapy experienced great benefits in terms of the rate
and quality of recovery following training and
competition. Their rate of injury decreased, especially in
the muscles and tendons (the “musculoskeletal
system”).
Matrix Therapy is effective in general rehabilitation of
chronic disease and chronic pain
ZRT® Matrix Therapy normalizes metabolism after hard
training and competition by optimizing the natural
metabolic turnover (the continual turnover of
components necessary to ensure healthy cells). The
progress made by Dr Dickreiter (after having
encountered these techniques during the 1990s) was
the application of this set of proven, highly effective
rehabilitation techniques, in the areas of chronic pain,
metabolic disorder and post surgical treatment.
While being applied, studied and refined in one of the
major rehabilitation centers in Germany where Dr B.
Dickreiter held the post of Chief of Medicine, the
methodology of ZRT® Matrix Therapy proved helpful
and effective in a series of indications that had, until
then, defied surgical and pharmacological treatment.
By directly addressing the local living conditions of cells
forming tissues and organs, chronic pain was addressed
in a way that gave many patients permanent relief and
enabled them to stop taking frequent pain medication.
Clinical Indications for MatrixTherapy
- Non specific chronic back and neck pain
- Nerve compression syndrome after disc herniation
- Frozen Shoulder Syndrome (Adhesive Capsulitis)

The global market for compression therapy was valued
at $2 billion in 2011 and is forecast to grow at a
Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 5% to $2.7
billion in 2018, driven by the growing incidence of
venous disease due to chronic wounds, a growing
elderly population, diabetes and repeated wound
trauma. The increase in awareness of venous diseases,
aided by campaigns from various venous disease
forums, societies and educational materials, and the use
of compression therapy products as a preventive
measure is also expected to encourage market growth.
The Static Compression Therapy market is forecast to
be the fastest growing segment of the overall
CompressionTherapy market.
Static compression therapy was valued at $1.7 billion in
2011, indicating a CAGR of 4% from 2004 and an 89%
share of the market. It is forecast to reach $2.4 billion by
2018 at a CAGR of 4%. Ready-to-wear leg wear,
compression bandages, diabetic shoes and anti-
embolism stockings are all included under static
compression therapy.
All of the preceding data is an indication of the increasing
demand of the compression stockings. It is now time to
focus on these range of products…
The Global Compression Therapy Market is
Forecast to Exceed $2.5 Billion in 2018

'Parivar' means family.
'Parivartan' means the change and transformation.
Yes, Like any successful company, Vissco is
transforming along with its family and moving towards a
path of excellence & innovation…
Over the past 50 years we have established ourselves
as a successful healthcare company and now we are
moving to the next level. With improved HR processes,
better product quality & packaging, renewed marketing
efforts and much more, we are now transforming from a
good company to a great one in all aspects. We are
making every effort to keep our team's spirits high and
provide all the resources necessary to compete with any
market situation.
The Inception
“Parivartan 2015”
As a part of the 2nd year of change and growth at Vissco,
we had our annual sales conference “Parivartan” 2015
in Goa, at the Majorda Beach Resort, from the 7th to the
10th ofApril 2015. The aim of the event was to review the
performance of our sales team this past year and
discuss the sales for the coming year. Many of the MRs
were rewarded for their efforts to boost sales in their
respective zones.
On the 11th of April, we celebrated the “Vissco Star
Awards Night” where members of the sales team were
awarded for their achievements. Amongst them was
The BEST ZONE AWARD (All India), which was given
to the West Zone for their excellent performance in the
“Parivartan 2014”
year 2014-2015.Uttar Pradesh & Uttaranchal were this year’s best performing states. The awards
were interlaced with performances of some beautiful Russian dance sequences & some crazy
African acrobats who were not only fire breathing daredevils but also made the performance very
exciting for the audiences. All in all, the boys had a great time on the beautiful beaches of Goa and
we are sure that the experience will not be easily forgotten.
2014 saw the first annual sales review at Vissco. We
have held sales reviews before this, but never with so
many people under one roof and never an event of this
magnitude. As part of the change that we have been
talking about for the last 2 years, instead of staggering
the MR reviews according to zones, this was the first
time we had the entire sales team come together to
discuss their performance.
The goal of this event was to get them to see that they
were a part of something much bigger and make them
realize that the company is evolving and that they are an
integral part of that change. We called them our ‘SENA’,
our warriors that protect us from the threat of other
brands, our soldiers that annihilate any obstacle that
comes in their way to make sure that Vissco remains the
best Pain Management & Solutions company in India.
The event was held at the beautiful Ramada Hotel in
Powai, Mumbai. It was a 3-day long conference that
ended with an award ceremony celebrating the
achievements of the office staff and the sales team for
their service to the company. The awards night also had
many performances which included dancers and a very
good comedian that kept the crowd on the edge of their
seats.
In order to keep our sales team and partners updated
about the various happenings in the company, we have
organized an annual event called 'Vissco Parivartan'.
This event hosts all our employees and important
partners under one roof. Relevant training for the sales
team is conducted and there are even some fun &
entertaining activities. The awards ceremony and gala
night is the main attraction of this event. The purpose of
this show is to recognize the best performances among
those in the sales team and create a sense of pride for
their accomplishments. The goal of this conference is to
give the team the ammunition to face the competitors
without any hesitation and aid Vissco’s Parivartan in
moving from Good to Great...

the vertebrae. The spinal discs lie between
these. They are tough and spongy, work as
shock absorbers and give the spine
flexibility. In fact, the spine can bend far
