The site does not offer any personalization.


Would the site be improved by having an 
agent? Explain your reasons either way.
I think that the use of the agent will have a
positive improvements especially on a
segment of people who do not know how to
deal with sites and techniques that will be
easier for them
But the effect of using agent will be on a few
because the site is easy to use with no agent
Finally, discuss which site you would trust 
most and give your reasons for this.
I think that the two sites have the same degree
of ease
Site first agent facilitates the search process
and access to information

arranged in easy access to information
