The Internship Programme at VIPC Capital Management offers you the

students majoring in auditing, accounting, economics, finance, tax or relevant fields
to join Business Development Team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Description:
Business development
o Market research
o Marketing planning & event organization for entrée strategies.
o Incubation as a capital seeding service
o Project management
o Budgeting, planning, implementation, follow-up of ad-hoc projects

Online Marketing:
o Social Media Marketing
 Launch and manage social media presence
 Manage online discussions
 Regularly monitor and track discussion topics

o Search Engine Optimization
 Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site
traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted
 Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase
traffic and sales
o Other related activities

Market Research:
o Conduct pre-assessment market research & ad-hoc research
o Conduct online & offline survey
o Build intelligence database

Penetration Strategies planning:
o Participate on planning of distribution channels
o Participate on market-entry strategy planning

Test and interview

We look for outstanding profiles with the competencies below:

We look for students with excellent communications in English and Vietnamese,
Project oriented & teamwork spiritual, Good hands-on document processing skills
& smart internet usages. Well adapted to new challenges, quick-learner and “ Can-
do” spirit.

Interns commitment and employers expectations

We expect interns commit to workload, pre-defined and given at the beginning of
the period, and perform and behave in professional manner to VIPC's clients,
partners and other contacts



Recruiting process

Your resume and qualifications will be reviewed and handled with diligence. Only
shortlisted applicants will be contacted for the recruiting process, which
includes following steps:
Personality Test; Reflective and Internet-capability Checks.
General interview: chance to personally present your resume and enabling us
to get to know you, objectives as well as evaluation of your qualifications.
In-depth interview by Department Managers (optional): This will give you the
opportunity to share your understanding of specific industry/department

Applications for this internship program is now open to you all final year students

Deadline for submission is 16th April 2011 and internship duration will be 3
months (plus 2 months depending on project requirement)
