This document provides instructions for releasing student records from previous high schools or colleges to Virtual High School of Excellence. Students or parents should complete the release of records form with the student's name and date of birth as well as indicate whether the student or parent is permitting the record transfer. The completed form should then be submitted to any previous schools attended, who will then forward an official or unofficial transcript to the Admissions Office of Virtual High School of Excellence at the provided address or fax number.
