resulted in the creation of a Master By-Name List of Oahu’s Homeless Veterans used to create
the data tables. The information and tables are created with the intent of assisting in determining
the progress the Honolulu Continuum of Care, known as Partners In-Care, is making towards
ending Veterans Homelessness. Should you have questions concerning the data please contact
