•Optimization of the value of project results, Strength their impact, Transferring and using them actively in
system and practices.
•Evaluation of experimentation phase, highlighting the success and problems experienced and the response
from Vet providers and ICT SMEs indirectly involved. This evaluation, which will be duly reported, will be the
basis for the final version of experimented models.
•The Evaluation process made consequently lead to modification of experimentation models
Wp6-01: EXPLOITATION PLAN:

The VETQI project is going to have several outputs on which it can
build an exploitation ground. In order to get the maximum impact and to
cope with the feedback coming from the previous phase of the project,
the proposed strategy for exploitation is divided into three parts, called
VETQI Qaulity Label, Vetqi Supporter and VETQI Quality Approved.

Outputs, fully available from July to October are:
1. VETQI Certification system and evaluation guide: the online system for assessing
adherence to EQAVET and the quality assurance Frameworks as designed by VETQI
project. The evaluation guide is the tool for assessing the weight of each indicator
and to provide the awarding features of the project.
2. Manuals for Vet providers and ICT SMES: these guidelines consistent with EQAVET
will help target group to reach the goals to develop a reference point for a quality
assurance framework .

In order to build on the good results gathered during previous
phases of the project , we decided to create a sort of network of
enterprises and VET providers, supporting the frameworks and the
ideas behind it. The core idea is to create a pool of users applying
the criteria and the values behind VETQI , being also a ground for
promoting to European Commission and to stakeholders our views.

In order to extent the impact of this strategy, a specific Statement of
Compliance will be direct to professionals, experts and stakeholders
representatives interested in supporting the project and its objectives
with the goal of creating a VETQI Supporter network.

How to involve target groups officially
•Availing on our vast range of contacted target groups, we will send them a
declaration of compliance with the goals and the framework promoted by VETQI,
building a sort of network for quality assurance in training for ICT SECTOR.
•By signing the Statement they undertake a moral engagement toward this. The
manuals and the guidelines as proposed by the project will help them as a
reference.
•After signing the statement of compliance with their official representative, they
will receive the VETQI Supporter Logo ( to be registered as a trademark) and they
will be required to put it on their website and in their official materials.

Why they should enter in the VETQI Network
The labelized entities and supporters will have these benefits by entering in the
network:
•Formal recognition from a pool of European Expert regarding their approach in ICT
and Training
•Free access to future certification procedure
•Free access to training courses built on VETQI Experience
•Involvement as panel experts in Events and Workshops held by VETQI Consortium
•Integration in other future initiatives (such as VETQI 2.0 projects)

The certification system will be available before the end of the project, based
on long questionnaire and indicators, This system, together with the
assessment and evaluation guide, needed to understand how to assess the
replies from the target group, are the formal basis to provide a certification
label for the users applying for ( namely the VETQI ICT SME Approved –
yellow logo and the VETQI VET approved – red logo) and the related
certificates ( CHART for VET Providers and Scoreboard for ICT SMES).
A technical committee could be needed for providing the trademark

The Evaluation guide
This document will be the guide for assessing the replies of
users to VETQI System. This will report also indications for
reporting of results ( needed especially for raising awareness
on the matters here treated for those who are not filling the
prescriptions). The guide will also feature different weights to
be used for all indicators.

Testing the platform
In order to offer to Commission a wider and complete service related
to the project, several Smes and VET providers will be assessed
with specific audit session: this can help the consortium to have the
clearest possible image of the certification process in its full
implementation.

•VETQI 2.0 project :The project outputs could be adopted to fit with CEN
requirement, or presented to a relevant certification Body for a wider
experimentation phase, or translated into other sectors.
•A second possible spin-off is a Training course for implementation of quality
assurance for providing quality training based on the guidelines and on the
experiences coming from the VETQI project. This training course should
teach how to influence internal procedures for providing training when
dealing with ICT SMES. It must be built on different indicators detected and
offers modules for a precise and deep analysis of the whole quality cicle and
specific issues related to ICT training..
