This document outlines an eTwinning project called "Our City" taking place from October 25th to November 5th, 2010. The project involves pupils aged 14-18 from 9 schools in 7 European countries sharing photos and information about their cities through online tools. Students will take photos of places, people, and monuments in their cities and write short descriptions in English to give their partners a sense of their region. They will communicate via TwinSpace, Flickr, blogs, and Skype to learn about each other's local cultures and identities while improving their digital skills. The goals are for pupils to learn about regional diversity, develop multimedia and communication skills, and understand their shared identity as Europeans.
Founded in the 5th century, Venice is built across 118 islands and became a powerful maritime republic in the 10th century. The city contains extraordinary architectural masterpieces like St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, and the Bridge of Sighs. Major landmarks are located around St. Mark's Square, the principal square in the city.
This project involves students from Poland, Italy, and Portugal studying geometric loci over one month. The goals are to develop language and communication skills through mathematics topics, and stimulate interest using technology like GeoGebra. Students will study concepts like the Euler line, nine-point circle, and parabolas to understand loci. They will connect these mathematical ideas to other subjects through hands-on activities using dynamic geometry software.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive function. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms.

This document outlines a math lesson plan on the equation of a straight line. The learning outcomes are to know the standard form of a first degree equation in two variables, slope and y-intercept, and vertical lines. Students should be able to find slope and y-intercept, identify vertical lines, and work out straight line equations. They should be aware of real-world applications of straight line equations. The procedure involves an activating prior knowledge task calculating with equations. Resources include online dictionaries and grammar references. Thinking skills involve understanding slope, y-intercept, the link between lines and their equations, and applying concepts to real problems. Assessment is both summative and formative to check student understanding of key concepts.

In zekere zin
bepaalde plaats.
8. ‘Here I am: consume me’
