  • 4. Why should your bank collaborate with us? - Only using WechselGott can you provide your clients and your sales team with effortless switching options. Property Insurances (personal liability insurances, home insurances, car insurances, legal expenses insurances) offer a high (portfolio) premium volume (about €15 per contract/year) thanks to the number of contracts. Business Opportunity Many consumers already have many property insurances and it is for this reason difficult to achieve a high number of new insurance contracts to grow in these product lines. 90% of your clients don’t have property insurances at your bank, therefore, third-party brokers receive their premiums - even though Germans on average have five insurance contracts. Client Register themselves on the app/browser on their own or with their advisor; provide electronic signature for broker mandate Bank account of the client Automatic detection of all insurance data and energy contracts in the account data On the app/browser Photo of the current invoice for insurance fees and insurance certificate in case of switching insurance WG - database Processing of customer master data, contract data, contract changes, information on damage, contract switches, terminations of contracts,… WG – Service & Consulting Customer support and consulting for insurance questions by specialised advisors Risk carriers for insurances Policing, collection of outstanding debts (vis-á-vis clients), broker’s fee settlement, contract management, damage management Billing via Finance Key Systems Creation and transmission of the billing documents with transaction data - the basis for broker’s fee remittance and payment Address Addressing the client via campaigns, recommendations, advisors,… Energy suppliers Offering and maintaining electricity and gas supply contracts
  • 6. With the combination of personal consulting and the simple, automatic contract detection, it is possible to achieve a premium volume of €485 per client. Address and Conversion Only 3% of the addressed clients switch their insurance contracts only using the self- service option. However, if they are guided by an advisor, 70% of the clients switch their insurance contracts. Plus, the number of insurances switched is also higher: clients switch only 2.3 insurance contracts on average on their own and up to 8 with a personal advisor. The combination of digital and personal address is key. Premium Volume Insurances Even though it strongly depends on the actual portfolio, you can expect the following premiums for contract switches: - New contract portfolio premium for property insurances: about €300 - New contract portfolio premium for life insurances: about €1,600 per contract (10% of customers on mandate on average switch their life insurance) - New contract portfolio premium for supplementary health insurances: €250 per contract (about 10% of clients on mandate change their supplementary health insurance) Hundreds of Euros of recurring revenue per client possible.
