to their practice with specialty in the areas of facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty

Katsiaryna Huseva Bailor, MD has now joined the practice founded by Dr. William
Frazier in Vero Beach Florida. Her specialties include the areas of facial plastic
surgery such as eyelid surgery, bags under the eyes, forehead lift, the Facetime
Lift, Rhinoplasty (nose job) and neurotoxins such as Botox.
She is fellowship trained at University of Missouri-Columbia and BC/BE (Board
Certified/Board Eligible) Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic
and Reconstructive Surgery.
