Merchant integrates with Verifi's Global Payment

Verifi imports chargeback data directly from
Acquirers, and combines all data sources to build
a representment to the chargeback. Verifi

1. Verifi imports Chargeback data from Merchant’s
Acquirer(s) into our proprietary platform to
manage the representment of the dispute.
2. Merchant will provide Verifi access to the
CRM/order management system for researching
the customer dispute.
3. Verifi’s specialists will review all information to
prepare the response. Our system will transmit
the response and any corresponding
documentation back to the Acquirer for
processing.

within the integrated rules engines. As payments
are sent into the Gateway by the Merchant, the
intelligence suite invokes calls to 3rd parties to
enrich the transaction data and enables the rules
engine to accept, deny or mark orders for review.
